I enjoyed reading your poem, I thought it had some great ideas about the way it would feel to be on that flight! Did you follow a certain poem format? I think I like that it is short and sharp - It is a pretty good skill to be able to communicate an idea concisely without under-sharing.
Would you have liked to be on that flight? I don't really like turbulence so I think I would have been panicking! I am glad that flights to Australia are not this nuts now! - Have you flown to Australia before?
